Your Refund advance will normal appear with a status update within 30 min to 48 hrs. If it takes longer than that then the bank is waiting to get notification from the IRS on funding your advance loan. Once information has been received the TPG Status will update.

If you are not approved for the Loan Advance:

You will receive your refund the same pay method your set with your preparer. Please don't throw away money card, they are hard to replace and can takes weeks to get a replacement.
